Calendar of Events
Our monthly guild meetings are open to all who have an interest in learning, sharing or teaching calligraphy or any of its related arts. We start with a very short business meeting followed by a program. The monthly program topic is posted in the calendar below. A few days before each meeting, we post a supply list to bring for the month's program. If you don't have a particular item, we often have extras to share.
Where and When We Meet
Our meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the first Thursday after Labor Day in September, and the first Thursday of every month, October through June at the Community Center of the Capital Manor Retirement Community in West Salem.

Capital Calligraphers November meeting: Tips, Tricks, and Tools
Explore writing with inks that you haven't tried before! This month's program will include stations where you can try writing with gouache, watercolor, and other types of ink and paper combinations. We'll have pens, paper and ink mixtures for you to try, but please feel free to bring your favorite pen nibs and paper.
